The owners of Mt Eden Gardens – Ron Anderson, Bob Foster and Aaron Armstrong – have over 24 years combined experience in the retirement village industry.

Along with Village Manager Tracie Dobbie, they know and understand the needs of the 65+ community and recognize that many people want different things in a retirement village lifestyle – not everybody wants to live in larger retirement resorts or in villages that have both rest homes and hospitals attached.

Their goal with Mt Eden Gardens is to create something quite special in New Zealand – a boutique retirement village where residents can experience the enjoyment of personalized, friendly service and the advantages of a location on the edge of Mt Eden Village.
