Boutique hotels pride themselves on the service they provide their guests. At Mt Eden Gardens we are no different. We have a small team of people who are here to provide personalized service and support for our residents if they need it.
We are not part of a large, corporate chain and our owners’ goal is to create a village where they would be happy to retire to themselves. Our team will get to know each resident and what his/her needs are.
Someone is available 24 hours a day, ready to respond if residents either phone or press their emergency call buttons (conveniently located in each apartment). We aim to provide the ‘personal touch’ with your morning paper delivered to your door*, free tea and coffee in the cafe/restaurant, and several different service packages to choose from, if and when you need them. If you no longer feel like doing the weekly clean, or prefer to eat meals made for you than prepare your own – we have the service package to help.
